Support covers theme setup questions and reproducible defects in the supplied theme. Custom development, marketing, third-party app defects, and store administration are outside standard theme support.

We may request a sanitized screenshot, an unpublished preview, or clearer reproduction steps. Never email passwords, access tokens, payment details, or customer records.

Bayform is in development. A fixed response-time commitment has not been announced. There is no automated ticket confirmation; your email app retains your sent message.
