Is the plan a delivery or fit guarantee?

No. It is a visual planning aid based on dimensions entered by the merchant. Verify product measurements, doors, stairs, walkways and installation requirements independently.

Does a room plan follow me to another device?

Local plans are stored in the current browser. Clearing browser storage removes them. The theme does not provide a hosted plan account or cross-device synchronization.

Why does the bag show an older room?

The bag keeps a snapshot of the room revision used when those pieces were added. This preserves the context of that purchase. A later local edit does not change the captured revision.

Can customers still shop without the planner?

Product links, variant controls and normal purchase forms remain available. The collection has a photographic index fallback when JavaScript is unavailable.

Can I use different catalog sizes and images?

Yes. Verify realistic dimensions, image crops, long titles, variants, empty states and mixed catalogs in an unpublished theme. Accurate data is essential for useful spatial comparisons.

Can support customize my store?

Theme setup guidance and reproducible theme defects are the intended support scope. Custom design, third-party app changes and broader store operations require a separate agreement with your service provider.

Where do I report a problem?

Use the support page. Include the page, browser, theme version and exact steps. Remove private customer data from screenshots.
